Risk and Property

Upon delivery of the items, the customer has the duty of verify the  packages'  integrity and the customer also must verify the quantitative, qualitative of packages. In case of discrepancy or hidden defect on items, the same shall be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by sending an email to info@newtopstore.it.

Article 1495 cc- "The buyer loses the right of guarantee,  if he/she doesn't report the defects to the seller within 8  days of the discovery, except for the different term established by the parties or by the law [1511,1512, 1522]. (Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 8  days of receipt.)

Any hidden defects resulting from transport damage must be reported to info@newtopstore.it.  Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will considerated. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Right to cancel orders

The customer may request the cancellation of the order or part of it, only in cases of non-acceptance by the seller or only in case of non-receipt of acceptance.

Newtop reserves the cancellation aceptance. The cancellation request(and acceptance thereof) must be sent to info@newtopstore.it

Art. 52

((Right of withdrawal))

((1. Without prejudice about  the exceptions referred in Article 59, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw only from a distance contract or negotiated outside the business premises,  without having to provide any reason and without having to incur payments other than those provided for in Article 56, paragraph 2, and in Article 57.

Items Return

The return of the items to Newtop, must be requested by sending an email to info@newtopstore.it, indicating the requesting reasons, citing the invoice references, complete list of items with a brief and detailed description of the defect , and must be expressly authorized via email. The return of the items must be made within 30 working days from the date of approved return, it  must be requested before 30 days.

Returned items  may be subject to deduction if the product:

- although perfectly intact (closed) it has been specifically ordered by Newtop to its supplier

- is declared open

- in cas of a hidden defect in tempered glass, it will be necessary to give a photographic proof

- is declared unopened, whe it isn't true

- in cases where it reaches more than 30 working days from the time of issue of the return authorization.

The items to being returned have to be in a perfect condition, in their original packaging and shipped prepaid to our warehouse at NEWTOP STORE Via della vaccheria gianni, 82 00155 Roma (RM). If the amount of the goods exceeds 50 euros, Newtop offers the give a free return.
